The Phase 12 Converter Module is intended to provide an economical upgrade path for current Phase 11 Semiconductor Thermal Analyzer owners. The Phase 12 is the most sophisticated Semiconductor Thermal Analyzer offered by Analysis Tech, Inc. to date, and the Phase 12 Converter Module makes all of its advanced features and convenience options available to Phase 11 operators for a modest upgrade price.
