Phase12 Electrical Interface Box (No Mechanical Fixture)

The Phase12 Electrical Interface box allows any existing test fixture or heat sink to be used with our Thermal Analyzer, by providing convenient electrical connections between the Analyzer and the device-under-test. This interface box only supplies the electrical connections needed to power and sense a device for thermal measurement with the Thermal Analyzer. It does not come with any mechanical fixturing for the device under test. This interface box is ideally suited for users who have already have an existing heat sink or other test fixture to use for measuring thermal properties such as Rjc, Rja, or Rjb.

The combination plug/screw green connector provides high-current heating-power connections to the device-under-test. The side-mounted edge-card connector provides duplicate low-current terminals, convenient for part-specific wiring and kelvin connections. This design allows the fixture to be quickly reconfigured for any part-type by swapping the part-specific, two-connector wiring harness.

This interface box does not contain a thermocouple port since three ports are accessible directly on the front of the Phase12 Thermal Analyzer.
