GaN JFET Test Amplifier

The Phase 12 GaN Test Amplifier addresses the unique biasing and power control requirements of GaN JFET transistors for thermal characterization with the Analysis Tech Phase 12 Semiconductor Thermal Analyzer.

GaN JFET transistors cannot be tested directly with the Phase 12 Thermal Analyzer due their inherent voltage biasing requirements.  With this amplifier accessory facilitates, all thermal test protocols can be performed on these unique GaN devices.
