(March 24, 2017) Analysis Tech exhibited its entire line of products last week at SEMI-THERM33 in San Jose, CA. The highlight of the display was the newly introduced Power Cycler. This product is designed to directly evaluate the reliability of power semiconductor devices using long-term cyclic heating while continuously monitoring for device degradation. The complete product line of semiconductor thermal test equipment was featured, emphasizing its use in performing device thermal characterizations, transient thermal analysis, production die-attach testing, and surge testing on any type of semiconductor device. Such testing is quickly becoming essential for power control modules being used in everything from electric cars to wind generators.
The Analysis Tech Thermal Interface Material Tester (TIM Tester), fits perfectly within the scope of the SEMI-THERM conference, which is focused around electronics cooling and thermal management. Analysis Tech's TIM Tester precisely calculates the thermal conductivity of all types of TIMs in compliance with ASTM5470. This product is suitable for both laboratory and factory workplaces due to its friendly user interface, and robust design.
Another newly featured product was Analysis Tech's Coefficient of Thermal Expansion Tester (CTE Tester) for the measurement of thermal expansion in electronic packaging materials.
Overall the exhibit was a success. This was Analysis Tech's 31st year participating in SEMI-THERM.
